The display of memorabilia was very cool, and the musicians were very good. Anthony Daniels' narrative spots added to the experience. A huge speaker system was suspended from the ceiling, blocking the view of the screen in the center. Many people had to move seats due to this obstruction but were told to return to their original seats. Those who complained received unobstructed seats, luckily there were plenty available. The show is a 3-4 star experience if you have a clear view of the screen, otherwise, it's a 1-2 star show. The Citizens Business Bank Arena is poorly managed, with incompetent staff. Ushers repeatedly directed patrons to the wrong seats and one area was inaccessible due to lack of stairs. After the show, the staff were rude to those waiting to buy souvenirs, telling them to leave as there was still 1.5 hours until the next show.
